BrainArcade
BrainArcade is a browser-based gaming platform that brings together multiple classic games under a single visual identity and user experience. Rather than treating each game as an isolated coding exercise, the project focuses on creating a cohesive product that feels like a unified arcade experience.
Problem
Many beginner and portfolio game projects exist as disconnected demos with inconsistent styling, navigation, and user experience. While they demonstrate technical skills, they rarely feel like a complete product.
Solution
BrainArcade provides a shared platform where multiple games live under a consistent design system, navigation structure, and branding. The project combines arcade games, puzzle games, strategy games, and educational games while maintaining a unified user experience.
Games currently discussed or integrated include:
- Jeopardy
- 2048
- Tetris
- Snake
- Tic-Tac-Toe
- Backgammon
- T-Rex Runner
- Car Jam
- Chess
User Experience
The platform focuses on:
- Consistent visual identity
- Shared navigation across games
- Responsive layouts
- Modern card-based homepage
- Difficulty and category badges
- Reusable UI components
- Game-specific instructions and feedback
- Progressive enhancement of individual games
The goal is for users to discover and play multiple games without feeling like they are navigating unrelated projects.
Current Status
BrainArcade is actively under development.
Core platform architecture and multiple games are functional. Current work focuses on platform polish, gameplay improvements, consistency, branding, and feature completeness.
